This is Spencer with his crazy, I have been asleep in the carseat hair. This one could potentially go with the other one from Home Depot. There is another photo of this one and the one above together farther down.
I don't really like this one because of the gap where I feel there should be a 6th light.
this is a 3 light option that all store have had for over the sink, but I think the base is too wide for the area we are talking about.
this one is hard to see, there is a close-up version after it. It is more of a flexible style where you can position the cord anyway you want.
this one would be good over the sink possibly, but there is not a good option that matches for the main light in the kitchen. It also comes in black.
The next two are same style, but different color and lights. The parts where they are bent is flexible so you can adjust the angle it is at and also you can have it a long straight bar if you want. The second one is pictured above, not my favorite because there should be a 6th light.
I cut the 5th light off on this one, but there is another picture right below this one. Dad, this is the one we were leaning toward at IKEA the other day when we were there. I remembered it being totally different when I tried to tell you about it.
The white and black lights again.
Single black and white lights.
This one only comes with three lights and is much more bulky.
The first two lights I showed you in this post.
These are the wire lights I was talking about. The two wires suspend the light. I don't think this works at all for your kitchen.
I thought about this for the desk just to give it a little bit more light as well.
Tell me your thoughts people.
A Common Place for Discussion
This blog is intended to allow us all to discuss plans for the rennovation of Mom and Dad's kitchen without Dad having to be on the phone around Mom. It is also intended to allow Cydney and Ken to participate. It is a private blog and cannot be accessed without an invitation from me. You have all been invited because as well as added as contributors so that you can post. You should all receive e-mails when a new post goes up as well as when comments are made. If it is urgent that we read what you posted please send a text to the whole group and mom that reads "BBQ Sauce" and thanks to Dave Steed for that one. I will take care of the story with Mom, we are going to say that it happened at the party at Nat and Dave's that he was randomly saying it. The idea is that she will think it is just a joke when we all know it is that and a signal.
Last, PLEASE DO NOT PUT LINKS FOR THIS ON YOUR BLOGS UNLESS YOU CAN DISGUISE IT SO THAT MOM WON'T NOTICE IT. I will have a link under the "How We Spend our Time" Heading on my blog that says Piano Gallery. If you click on that it will take you to this blog!

Lights from Ikea
Dad, the bad thing about track lighting is that you have seen what there is for the most part with the exception of the ones that are wire. Ikea and Lowe's yielded more of the same, with some variations. Here are the choices for Ikea. I don't know specific prices because I was fighting the clock to get back to pick up Caleb, but the range seemed to be $29.99 to $59.99 maybe more for the wire ones, I didn't really look, because I just assumed no on those.
