This blog is intended to allow us all to discuss plans for the rennovation of Mom and Dad's kitchen without Dad having to be on the phone around Mom. It is also intended to allow Cydney and Ken to participate. It is a private blog and cannot be accessed without an invitation from me. I will take care of the story with Mom, we are going to say that it happened at the party at Nat and Dave's that he was randomly saying it. The idea is that she will think it is just a joke when we all know it is that and a signal.

The Poor Neglected Gray and Textured Dog
The very sad looking Dude
The Dude with his new gray hair He is so neglected... Someone got a little too excited and sorta Textured the dogs face.
We had the sliding door open yesterday with him in the back, because we had to get air coming in with the steamer for poor Dave. He kept acting like he needed to go out, so we shut the sliding door and let him out, where he went straight to the sliding glass door and looked defeated. Poor guy, but you can't tell me he isn't smart.
*Saturday-Search for light fixtures, remove wallpaper backing from walls. *Monday-Remove adhesive from walls, sand walls, tape for primer and texture. *Tuesday-Paint walls with Drywall Primer. DeWayne removes kitchen light fixture, fixes patches and textures walls. *Wednesday-Lighting options *Thursday-DeWayne will remove old fixtures in kitchen and dining room. Spread out tarps and mask to prep for paint. Start ceiling? *Friday-Paint ceiling and walls if we get there. *Saturday-Paint all day long while we listen to conference.

This week I will be available on Tuesday during the day and of course over the weekend. I may be able to come for a while on Thursday or Friday morning, but probably not both and then I will have to see what the office requires of me and Dave for the evenings. This will be very much the same for next week.

The Reveal
Flight arrives at 7:45 am. Arrive at house between 8:30 am and 9:00am (count on sooner rather than later)
Mom was thinking perhaps I could come and get her, but I think it is too early for me with the boys. She also suggested having Rosemarie do it. It would be a fun way to let Rosemarie be a part of it and I can get there with Dave's camera and be inside to get her response along with anyone else that can come? Your thoughts?
